Dig through your seasonal scraps for these charming mug rugs. They’re lovely gifts and pretty accents for your home, and are large enough to serve as small snack mats.
Choose between the Christmas and autumn versions, as well as the checkerboard and single-print variations. The cute pieced tree and pumpkin mug rugs will be delightful in whatever fabric combinations you choose.
The mug rugs are created with standard piecing. Keep in mind that the mug blocks can also be used in other projects.
Designer Taunja Kelvington from Carried Away Quilting provides instructions for 10 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ mug rugs.
