Simple Techniques Produce the Illusion of a Circular Design!
Display this charming quilt on a wall or table every spring and summer to brighten your home for the season. It will be lovely in your favorite colors, so have fun selecting fabrics.
Choose a beautiful combination of 5″ charm squares. Notice that lighter, low-volume prints create a background to contrast with the darker squares.
The body of the quilt is made using simple piecing. For the flowers, use your favorite applique technique. We love how the placement of values and flowers creates the illusion of a circular design.
Once completed, the quilt designed by Christa Smith from Cotton Berry Quilts, is 36″ x 36″.
