This charming little quilt will be beautiful on your wall or table every fall or any time of the year. Rich browns and reds mixed with black create a striking design against the light background.

Other colors will be just as beautiful. Since the quilt is small it’s a great project for a mini charm pack of 2 1/2″ squares or scraps from your stash.

Play with color combinations to create your own special version. While the example is essentially monochromatic the quilt will be lovely in mixed colors. Plus, you’ll have the fun of laying out the colors in a pleasing design.

We played in Photoshop a bit to show how the quilt could look in other predominant colors against a light background.
