Choose a wide variety of prints for this eye-catching quilt. Fat quarters are an easy way to do that, and those from a single fabric line ensure the quilt has a coordinated, scrappy look.
Or combine fat quarters from your stash for one-of-a-kind results. Notice that one print is used throughout for the star points. It serves both as an accent and a unifier.
Start by using the coloring sheets to map out your color choices and fabric placements before you start cutting. The quilt is surprisingly simple to make from squares and Flying Geese units.
Designer Erica Jackman provides instructions for the following quilt sizes:
- Baby – 36″ x 36″
- Lap – 54″ x 72″
- Twin Size – 72″ x 90″
