Create an Eye-Catching Quilt from Leftovers and Scraps
It Makes a Great Charity Quilt!
Scraps of any color work beautifully in this striking quilt. Or use two packs of 5″ charm squares or leftover squares from your stash. The background pulls everything together so that just about any combination of prints will work nicely together.
If navy isn’t your thing, go ahead and change the background to whatever you want. The quilt will be beautiful in any color combination.
While it was designed as a charity quilt, this is one we’d love to keep for ourselves. It’s an easy quilt to sew together and will be fun to make up in various colors and sizes.
The completed quilt, designed by Jo Kramer and Kelli Hanken of Jo’s Country Junction, is 68 1⁄2″ × 84 1⁄2″. Material lists and cutting instructions are included in the downloadable pattern for the following quilt sizes: 44 ½” square, 44 ½” × 52 ½”, and 60 ½” × 68 ½”.
