Cute Fabric Berry Boxes Have So Many Uses
They’re Fun Gifts Too!
While not appropriate for actual fruit, these cute fabric berry boxes have so many uses in the sewing room as well as elsewhere around the house. They also make great gifts so plan to make extras while you’re at it.
They’re fun in any fabric combo. Start with two coordinating fat quarters, or scraps, and let the bias tape around the top (hand-cut or store-bought) provide an accent.

Double-sided fusible heavyweight interfacing gives the boxes structure (the designer uses Pelon 72F).
If you want to use your berry boxes for berries, consider making them from laminated fabric instead of quilting cotton. An example from alidiza is shown below.

- Large – about 4.75″ square
- Small – about 3.75″ square
