The Tops Make Festive Mini Quilts Too!
Celebrate summer with these plump throw pillows. Make one or both to supplement your summer decor. It’s easy to imagine enjoying their cushy comfort on a porch swing or inside on the sofa.
The large pillow will also make a lovely table quilt in any color theme. The smaller one can easily be turned into a wall hanging. In both cases, simply finish the pillow tops into little quilts.
Small-scale tone-on-tone prints allow the pillow designs to shine. Standard piecing is used to put them together.
The pillows designed by Melissa Mortenson from Polka Dot Chair are the following sizes:
- Large Pillow – 24” x 24”
- Small Pillow – 14” x 20”
