It’s Perfect for Patriotic Holidays, Too!
Fusible applique makes quick work of this Americana runner. Enjoy it during the summer, for patriotic holidays or all year long.
The gold stars in the example were made from wool felt. Quilting cotton will work just as well. Choose rustic colors as shown here, or go with more vivid modern fabrics for a festive look.
Leftover charm squares, mini charm squares and jelly roll strips are perfect for this project. Or, start with a new pack of pre-cuts for easy color coordination.
The finished runner is 12 1/2″ L x 53″ W.
