Bunnies, an Easter basket and a lamb make this quilt perfect for spring and a lovely addition to your Easter decor. Choose seasonal colors from your stash and enjoy how quickly it goes together.
Simple piecing creates the backdrop for the cute applique. Fuse the shapes in place and outline them with hand or machine stitching.
While this is charming in spring brights, we can also imagine it done up in primitive coloring for an equally beautiful interpretation. Embellish it with matching buttons and ribbons.
The finished quilt, from Patricia Welch Designs, is 18″ x 18″. The individual applique motifs can be used in other projects, as well.
