It Will be Striking in Any Color Combination!
Hearts and diamonds seem to be strung together in this beautiful quilt. The result is a lovely design that will be striking in any color combination.
The designer used a fat eighth and added a white background, dark gray accents, and a print for the border. Follow her lead or pull out some of those goodies in your stash. The quilt will be lovely given a more scrappy look, as well.
While many quilted hearts are appliqued, these are pieced. The complex design is easy enough for strong beginners.
The completed quilt, designed by Lavonne Jackson, is 82” x 82”.
