Feature a Pumpkin or a Leaf in Fall Placemats

They’re a Great Project for Scraps!
Dig into your scraps for a pretty set of patchwork placemats for fall. A pumpkin block is a charming touch that sets them apart.
The placemats are simple to make and go together quickly. Plus, instructions are included for a leaf block to substitute for the pumpkin.
We love the soft colors used in the examples. However, the placemats will be just as charming in deeper fall colors. Halloween prints also work nicely.
Designer Sherri McConnell from A Quilting Life provides instructions for placemats that measure 12″ x 18″.
