Brighter Colors Will be Wonderful Too!
A selection of retro homespun fabrics give this quilt its Americana charm. The colors evoke a nostalgic pride for country, making this a lovely gift for a service person. Or, keep and enjoy this cozy quilt yourself.
Another color combination will be lovely, too. Keep the fabrics on the rustic side for an old-fashioned appeal. Or, give the quilt a modern twist with brighter, cleaner colors.
Four-patch blocks and half-square triangles make for simple stitching.
The finished quilt, designed by Karen Witt, is 66″ x 90″.
