Make a Pretty Patchwork Bag from Scraps

| January 25, 2022 | Quilted Bags
It’s Great for Supplies and Projects!
This pretty patchwork bag is a great project for scraps. It closes with a drawstring and has an oval base for a smooth rounded shape.
It’s also great in any color theme and a lovely gift. Play with scraps and other goodies in your stash to create a pleasing combination.
The designer recommends Vilene Thermolam 272 batting to give the bag structure. However, any dense non-draping fleece-type batting will work. Waxed cotton cord is used for the drawstring although any sturdy cord will do nicely.
The finished bag, designed by Tiina from Tikki London, is 9” W x 8” H.
