Start with Vintage or New Spools!
Wooden spools dressed up for Christmas will be a charming addition to your holiday decor. Plus, they’re simple to make and go together quickly. You can have several completed in just a few hours.
Start with new or vintage wooden spools. Wrap spools with paper, fabric strips, or wide ribbon. Or start with spools that still have thread and embellish from there.
Thin ribbon, buttons, and more can be used as embellishments. And don’t forget the cute trees! You’ll find several to choose from here (and wooden spools here).
