Make This Scrappy Bag for Projects and More

Choose Between Two Sizes for This Quick Project!
Turn 2 1/2″ squares into a zippered bag that’s as handy as it is charming. It’s great for small tools and supplies, quilt pieces, projects, and more.
It’s also a good use for scraps and pieces cut from leftover 2 1/2″ jelly roll strips and 5″ charm squares. Or use 2 1/2″ mini charms as the designer did and skip the cutting.
This is a super simple bag to make with an easy-to-install zipper. You can have a bag done in an afternoon.
Instructions are provided by the designer, Sherri McConnell from A Quilting Life, for two bag sizes:
- 10 1⁄2″ × 10 1⁄2″
- 10 1⁄2″ x 8 1⁄2″
