Thin 1″ strips combine for a beautiful bag in this quilt-as-you-go project. Besides being lovely, the bag is very easy to construct.
Create a watercolor effect with coordinating fabrics, as in the example, or play with color and value to create your own design.
Batiks add interest, but prints in any color theme will be lovely too. This is also a great project for leftover strips. The bag will be great given a scrappy look. Enjoy creating your own designer bag with this versatile pattern.
The bag is generously sized at 12″W x 16″H x 4″D.
