This super cute quilt is perfect for a new baby, and for showing off reproduction fabrics. Modern fabrics will be fun too, so go with what you like best.
The quilt’s scrappy nature can be achieved with scraps, 5″ charm squares or 2 1/2″ jelly roll strips. This is a great project for using up some of your stash.
Hand applique is specified for the bunny and other shapes. However, fusible applique will work just as well, if that’s what you prefer. Machine or hand stitch around the shapes with a blanket stitch.
The finished quilt, from Ashton Publications, is 36″ square.
