Patchwork Pumpkins Are Fun in this Quilt
A Charming Block Design for a Table Topper or Wall Quilt, Too!
Patchwork pumpkins star in this beautiful quilt for your autumn decor. Select a variety of fabrics from your stash to give it a scrappy look.
While the tendency may be to make the pumpkins from all orange fabrics, the quilt will be more interesting if you mix the colors up a bit. We love how the turquoise patches add variety and make the oranges pop in this example.
Look closely and you’ll see a shining star on each pumpkin. This bit of whimsy makes this quilt even more endearing.

This pattern is easy to stitch together, too. It’s all straight piecing. If the full quilt is more than you want to tackle, consider making a table topper or wall quilt with a handful of blocks.
