Make the Hearts Pieced or Solid!
Pieced hearts are so lovely in this charming quilt. Plus, it works well with many color combinations.
Standard piecing is used to put the quilt together. No Y-seams are needed to form the intricate design.
Instructions are provided for a version with pieced hearts as well as one with solid hearts. That opens up so many design possibilities and color options.
This is a great project for scraps. Or choose a wide variety of fabrics to give one or both versions a scrappy looked.
Two quilt sizes are provided by designer Xanthe Grundy of Wife-made.
- large throw – 57″ x 64″
- crib – 40″ x 50″
Plus, a bonus pattern is included for a mini version.
