Sew Up a Beautiful Quilt from Jelly Roll Strips

Feature Your Favorite Colors to Make It Yours!

Turn a jelly roll of 2 1/2″ strips into this beautiful throw quilt. While the design is simple, it’s eye-catching in any color palette.

It’s also an easy project that goes together quickly. Feature a favorite jelly roll you love for year-round use, or consider seasonal prints. We’d love to see it in Christmas colors, as well as those for fall.

Neptune Quilt Pattern

Notice that alternating light and dark strips help define the design. Keep that in mind as you choose your fabric. You may need to use strips from more than one jelly roll to achieve the value contrasts.

The completed quilt from Villa Rosa Designs is 48″ x 62″ (58″ x 72″ with the optional border).

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
