Shimmering Color Makes a Striking Quilt

Play with the Interplay of Color and Value to Make it Your Own!
Exuberant fabrics from Tula Pink star in this eye-catching quilt. A wide range of colors, textures, and values creates a treat for the eyes that will be at home just about anywhere.
The quilt also lends itself to scraps. Go through your stash and put together a nice variety of scraps and 1/2-yard cuts, or start with new fabrics for your own creative interpretation.
Part of this quilt’s appeal is how light moves the eye around. Play with color and value placements to create your own beautiful rendition.
The body of the quilt consists of diamonds and triangles. There are many bias edges, so consider using starch to prevent stretching.
The finished quilt, designed by Stacey Day for Free Spirit Fabrics, is 60″ x 78″.
