Starry Night Ornament is Super Quick and Easy
A Quick and Easy Project for Scraps – No Sewing Required!
This elegant Christmas ornament is a great way to use those snippets of time when you want to be quilting but don’t have quite enough time to pull out a larger project.
In fact, you can make several of these in the time it would take to make a small quilt.
The ornament is made from folded squares of fabric pinned to a Styrofoam form. It doesn’t get any easier than that! In fact, you may want to invite your older kids or grand kids to help out and make an afternoon of it.
This ornament doesn’t have to just be for Christmas. It’s fun in colors for other seasons, too.
This project is also a good use of leftover fabric scraps. Imagine several in varying colors decorating your Christmas tree and on display during other seasons.
We can also see this made larger and hung as a wreath on an interior door!
The finished wreath ornament is 6″ across.
