A Wonderful Pattern in Any Color Combination!
A variety of greens work beautifully together in this striking quilt. Of course, another color combination will be just as lovely, such as navy blues or browns and tans.
Notice the contrasting reds and golds that give life to the greens. A variety of print styles, including plaids, also give interest to the quilt.
While this will be lovely as a scrap quilt, with a variety of colors, you may want to follow the lead of the designer at Pleasant Valley Creations. She started with a floral fabric in beautiful colors. It does not appear in the pieced quilt top. Instead she used it on the back and selected fabrics in colors to match for the front. The result is a wonderfully coordinated quilt with a lot of color interest.
The finished quilt is 54″ x 78″.
