Do you tend to lose track of your pincushion while sewing? This sweet little DIY pincushion sticks right to your machine where you’ll always find it. No more hunting around while you’re in the middle of a seam.
Removable double sided sticky tape (like this) allows you to reposition the pincushion whenever you want. You’ll soon find just the right spot on your machine – handy but not in the way.
The pincushion is a very simple project. Use a bottle cap, preferably a deep one like those on soda bottles. Stuff a circle of fabric, glue it into the cap and add an embellishment around the top edge.
