Choose Spring Colors for This Sweet Wall Quilt!

Nothing evokes “Spring” quite like bunnies. They’re a natural for Easter and also evoke thoughts of warmer weather and spring flowers.

Bunnies are favorite choices for babies and nurseries, too. There’s just something about their soft, sweet demeanor that makes bunnies perfect for heralding new birth, whether it’s babies or spring.

Vintage Bunnies Wall Quilt Pattern

This charming “Vintage Bunnies Wall Quilt” can be used for either. It will look darling on a nursery wall and will also be a delightful addition to your Easter decor.

This is a quick and easy project, even for beginning quilters.

The bunnies are easily made with fusible applique. A machine buttonhole stitch secures the edges, and cute star buttons add a whimsical touch. Simple piecing makes up the rest. The quilt is finished with outline quilting.

The finished quilt, designed by Cheryl Fall, is 19 1/2″ x 19 1/2″.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
