Matching Pillowcases Are The Perfect Touch!
Easy piecing and pretty fabrics make a bright and cheerful quilt any child (or mom!) will love. The applique hearts give it a sweet touch and make it even more charming.
If time allows, make matching pillowcases from fabric used in the quilt. Little hearts are a pretty finishing touch.
Use fabrics from your stash or select pre-cuts from a favorite fabric line. Crayon colors make the quilt special but so will more subdued ones. Or, choose coordinated colors to match the room’s decor.
If time is limited, capture the whimsy of the quilt in a table topper for your Valentine’s Day table decor. Create a section including four hearts and turn them so they all face different directions, add a border, quilt and bind.
