The bags have many uses and make lovely gifts. Plus, they provide a great opportunity to experiment with mixing colors and fabric styles.
Soft and Stable foam stabilizer provides sturdy structure for the bags. Two-way zippers keep contents secure while also serving as design elements.

Designer Minki Kim has created a video showing how the bags go together. You’ll find that here. Notice that she uses Clover Fabric Folding Pens to create crisp folds in the Flying Geese units while sewing them down to the foam. Finger creasing also works. That approach is demonstrated here.
The pattern includes instructions for three bag sizes:
- Big Pouch – 4.5″ x 8.5″ x 10.5″
- Medium Pouch – 4″ x 7″ x 8″
- Small Pouch – 3.5″ x 5.75″ x 6″
