These Eco-Friendly Gift Bags Have Many Uses

Make Several in an Afternoon!
These charming little drawstring bags were designed as eco-friendly gift bags. They can also be used to store a variety of items, so the bags themselves become part of the gifts.
The cleverly designed bases allow the bags to stand on their own. And they’re fun in fabrics for any occasion or choose combinations the recipients will enjoy.
Since one of these beginner-friendly bags can be made in an hour or so and they tend to be addictive, make a few for yourself to use for storage and others to keep on hand for last-minute gifts.
The completed bags, designed by Lisa Cox from A Spoonful of Sugar, are 6″ wide x 7″ tall.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
