Two Sizes Can be Used in Many Types of Projects!
This fun block is perfect for a spring and summer quilt. Two sizes provide many options.
Add a border and finish the small block for a pot holder or hot pad. The large block can be used in a table runner and more. Both blocks can be incorporated into larger projects.
This block is part of series of garden-related blocks. There’s a cute watering can, trowel, wheelbarrow, picket fence and more. You’ll find all the block patterns here.
Standard piecing is used to create the block while the words are done with embroidery.
The finished blocks, designed by Nadra Ridgeway from Ellis & Higgs, are:
- 6″ x 6″
- 12″ x 12″
