Make It In Your Favorite Tulip Colors!
Two tulips in a pot create a lovely spring quilt block. Not only is it pretty and cheerful, but it can also be used in many types of projects.
Create a runner for your table, add borders for a wall hanging, center the block on the front of a tote bag or throw pillow, or make several for a larger quilt. You may have other ideas as well.
Play with colors and fabric styles for the tulips and pot to give the block your own unique touch. Solids, tone-on-tone prints, and small-scale prints will all be lovely in the block.

The block is constructed using standard piecing. Some pieces are small, so cut and sew accurately for the best results.
