This Reversible Bowl Cozy is Quick to Finish Up

Choose Fabrics for Any Season or Occasion!
Bowl cozies come in many styles and sizes. This one is a bit different and will be appreciated by anyone who uses it. It’s oversized, which makes it easy to handle. Plus, it will look lovely on the table.
The cozy is sized for a large soup bowl or mug and small dinner bowls. And, if all of the materials are 100% cotton it can go right in the microwave (poly melts and burns!).
Go through your stash and choose two fabrics that work well together. Holiday prints are lovely, but don’t stop there. Any pleasing fabric combination will work well for use all year around.
Cozies make wonderful gifts, too. Here are some ideas from the tutorial for gift-giving:
- Use seasonal fabric to celebrate any holiday, birthday or special event.
- Make coordinating placemats and napkins for a coordinated table.
- Pair a bowl cozy with a favorite soup recipe or jar of soup mix.
- Give with a batch of homemade chili!
