Use An Easy Block for a Charming Little Quilt

Play with Colors and Values to Make It Yours!

Turn four simple blocks into a charming little quilt to enjoy any time of the year. Autumn-themed batiks add texture to the quilt, but it will be just as charming in any color theme and most fabric styles.

This is a fun project because you can play with colors and value placements to give it your unique twist. Choose which section of the block you want to predominate and go from there.

You can also play with block orientation. Look what happens when you turn the blocks around. A totally different look emerges.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
