The Pocket Can be Used in Other Projects, Too!
This charming little bag makes a fun gift bag. It can be used for many other things, as well.
The pocket on the front can be added to a larger bag, whether store-bought or one you made. It would also be fun used as a pocket on an apron or even finished off as a mini quilt.
Create the snowman with standard piecing. The carrot nose can be made with wool felt or cut from quilting cotton and attached with fusible applique. Surround the snowman with blue instead of red for a bag to use all winter.
The finished bag, from The Sweetwater Co. is 9″ x 8″ x 2″.
