It Makes a Great Gift Basket, Too!
Turn scraps into this attractive fabric basket. It’s a nice size for many uses, including controlling clutter in the sewing room.
It’s also a great choice for a gift basket. Fill it with goodies the recipient will love for a thoughtful gift.
An oval base allows the basket to stand on its own. It can be a little slouchy or have firmer sides, depending on the interfacing you choose.
Choose between two styles, with the checkerboard piecing around the bottom or the top. Either version will be charming in any color combination.
Designer Tiina from Tikki London provides instructions for a basket that measures 9” w x 7″ h.
