You’ll Enjoy How Easy This Quilt is to Make

| Clever Construction Means No Curved Piecing!
Create the impression of curves in this impressive quilt by rolling back the bias edges on 3D Flying Geese blocks. There’s no curved or tricky piecing whatsoever.
The design is highly adaptable, too. Create a medallion style quilt or invent your own arrangement by turning the blocks.
Make the full sized lap quilt or use fewer blocks for a mini wall or table quilt (instructions included). Or, make up the center row of the quilt for a lovely runner.
The finished quilt, from JB Quilt Designs, is 62″ x 62″. Add more of the 8″ blocks and adjust the border for a larger quilt. Instructions are also included for a 45″ square wall quilt.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!

Thanks for featuring my patten. I am hard at work making a new variation using this technique – colorful fish! I will announce it on my FB business page when it is available.
We’re looking forward to seeing your new pattern, Janet. This one is simply stunning and we’re grateful you shared it with us!
