A Lovely Addition to Your Mug Rug Collection!

This charming mug rug by The Patchsmith was designed for spring but we’d use it all year around.

Mug rugs are such handy little quilts. They’re just large enough for a beverage and a treat on the side – great for protecting desks and table tops.

It’s also easy to enlarge mug rug patterns and make them into small wall quilts. You’ll find instructions here.

This one is a quick project, suitable for either hand or machine applique. You can probably make the entire thing with fabric scraps and goodies from your stash.

The finished mug rug is about 9″ x 5.5″.

Spring Lambs Mug Rug Pattern

A second mug rug is included with the pattern. It has darling lambs that are also perfect for spring. It measures 9.5” x 5”.
