This Makes a Beautiful Gift, Too!

Select 4 or more coordinating fabrics to fold into shapes for this unique star ornament. With a bit of spray starch, fabric folds just as easily as paper does, creating a charming origami ornament from fabric.

Make one for yourself and others to give as gifts. The folding is a nice evening project that can be worked on anywhere you can sit with an iron nearby (an ironing board from a TV tray is perfect!).

The instructions, from Sachiko from Tea Rose Home, produce a finished ornament that is 6 3/4″ x 6 3/4″.

She used Mod Podge to secure the parts and protect the fabric. However, the pieces can be secured using fabric glue or a glue gun.
