This Quilt Will be Just as Stunning in Other Colors!

Batiks in turquoise, lavender and purple bring this intriguing quilt to life. The blocks are set at an angle giving movement to the overall design.

The batik fabrics add richness and texture while allowing the blocks to shine. Other low-contrast fabrics will work just as well.

Notice how the border fabric sets the tone for the rest of the quilt. Find a beautiful fabric and draw colors from it for the blocks and inner borders.

That makes it easy to create a beautiful color combination in another color scheme. Just keep values in mind and create both value and color contrast to allow the overall design to stand out.

The finished quilt is 69 3/4″ x 69 3/4″.
