Blue and Yellow Are So Charming in This Quilt

A Classic Design for a Signature Quilt!

Traditional colors and a long-time favorite quilt block come together in a contemporary quilt with old fashioned charm. The, blocks, called Album blocks, have traditionally been used as signature blocks.

The center of each block can contain a signature, date or short poem.  That makes this quilt perfect for a memory quilt, or simply enjoy the beauty of the blocks outlined with contrasting sashing.

Grandmother's Album Quilt Pattern

Yellow and blue are so lovely accented with cream. This quilt will be gorgeous in other color combinations as well. Give it an updated look by using modern fabrics, or retain a vintage feel by choosing retro fabrics.

The finished quilt, designed by Debra Finan, is 76 1/2″ x 86 1/2″.
