It’s One of Several in a Collection of Beautiful Scrap Quilt Patterns!
Start with selections from a fabric line you love, collect scraps and such from your stash, or combine some of both for this beautiful quilt. The colors and patterns chosen by the designer give it a vintage feel, but modern fabrics will be just as lovely.
The quilt is one of a collection of long-time favorite patterns from Miss Rosie’s Quilt Company. If you’ve struggled with creating pleasing scrap quilts you’ll find the author’s tips on fabric selection and placement especially helpful.
The pattern is included in by Carrie Nelson (read an interview with her here). The book contains twelve of the author’s most popular patterns, many of which are no longer in print.
The book is available as a paperback and for Kindle. We’ve had good results printing patterns from Kindle books by laying our tablet right on our computer printer or a copy machine. Just open to the pattern page, orient it in the vertical position and lay the device right on top of the area where you’d lay a paper document for copying.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
