Make Your Own Art Quilt Masterpiece
This Quilt is Much Simpler to Make Than it Looks!
The play of color in this striking quilt catches your eye first. Then you notice the intricate patterns in each star. This must be a one-of-a-kind art quilt masterpiece, right?
Well, while this is a one-of-a-kind project, and while the quilt is beautifully artistic, it’s produced from simple piecing and fussy cuts. If you have solid quilting skills, you can make this quilt.
Careful cutting of repeat patterns within the fabric is what makes the intricately patterned stars.

Mirrors are used to isolate and preview sections of fabric to find the parts to fussy cut and piece for each kaleidoscopic star.
Accurate cutting and piecing are a must with this quilt, but take your time and enjoy the process. You’ll be rewarded with a wonderful one-of-a-kind art quilt to display.
The finished quilt, by designer Jeri Riggs, is 47 1/2″ x 45 1/2″.
