Both Projects Are Perfect for Scraps!
This charming lap or baby quilt is a great project for using up leftover charm squares, mini charm squares and even jelly roll strips. You can also use other scraps in your stash.
The matching basket is made with leftover pieces from the quilt. Together the two make a wonderful baby gift.
Or, make the basket on its own and fill it with goodies for a thoughtful gift. It’s generously sized and can be put to good use in the sewing room and elsewhere around the house.
The pattern, from Fabric and Flowers, includes instructions for the following:
- “Bright Stars” quilt – 50″ x 50″
- Storage Basket – 9” W x 9” D x 8” H
