This fun witch’s hat will be a wonderful addition to your Halloween festivities. It is designed to fit adults and can be worn with a witch costume or set the mood with black clothing and shoes.

The patchwork hat is quilted and lined and has an optional sash. Or make the non-patchwork option from yardage, with or without quilting. Pellon Flex-Foam and Heavyweight Fusible Interfacing allow the hat to hold its shape.

According to the designer, Melissa Mortenson from Polka Dot Chair:

“The finished hat is approximately 16” tall by 20” wide. The interior circle has a 22-23” inch circumference. It fits “most” adults and includes instructions to slightly size the hat for a smaller circumference head. This hat is not intended for children.”
