This Makes a Thoughtful Gift, Too!
Does your KitchenAid mixer spend time collecting dust on the counter? This easy cover will not only keep the mixer ready to go but will also provide a spark of color for your kitchen.
Choose fabrics you love and enjoy seeing the cover every day. Go with one fabric or choose a second for the handy front pocket.
Two patterns, from Kathie Sew Happy, are sized for two types of KitchenAid mixers. The first fits both the Artisan and Classic styles, with the bowl and pouring shield in place. The finished cover measures: 14 1/2″ H x 13″ W x 7 3/4″ D.
The second pattern is for the Professional 600 Series Lift Bowl 6 Quart Stand Mixer, with the bowl and pouring shield in place.
The finished Cover measures 16 1/2″ H x 15″ W x 12″ D.
If you have a stand mixer from another brand, you should be able to adapt this to fit. Choose the pattern closest in size and go from there.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
