It Makes a Wonderful Girlfriend Gift Too!
If you have more than one purse or use tote bags often, you’ll love this little organizer. It’s thoughtfully designed to contain and organize all that stuff you move from one to another whenever you switch bags.
It’s also a great solution when you find a purse you love that doesn’t have enough pockets and in the right configuration. Make this up in pretty fabrics and just about any bag will become perfectly organized.
The organizer has 13 pockets – 6 mesh, 6 fabric, and one interior zipper pocket. It’s sturdy enough to stand on its own, but it will also lay flat or fit in a slim purse or laptop bag.
While it looks complicated to make, it was designed for beginners. If you can cut straight and sew straight and gently curved seams you can make this up in next to no time.
The organizer, from Sew Can She, is approximately 8” tall x 12” wide x 3 1/2” deep.
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest has featured many patterns from vendors participating in the Craftsy Marketplace, most of which have been deleted by Craftsy. It's going to take awhile for us to hunt down new sources for those patterns. In the meantime there are many links to patterns on our site that no longer work. We apologize if this article contains one or more of those links and appreciate your patience while we straighten things out. Thank you!
PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
