However, you may be surprised by what doctors and scientists have discovered about the benefits of quilting. It turns out that quilting truly is good for your health and for several reasons.
Our favorite may be that quilting is as good for you, or even better, than physical exercise. We’re not suggesting that you give up daily walks and other forms of exercise, as your body does need to move regularly. But, quilting imparts benefits such as cognitive, creative, and emotional well-being that physical exercise does not. A combination of the two is a great choice for covering all the bases.
