Unexpected Colors Are Delightful In This Quilt!

Variations of this gorgeous quilt are often seen in autumn colors – and this pattern will be wonderful in deep russets, golds and browns as well – but what caught our eye are the fresh and surprising colors.

Summery batiks are stunning in what is traditionally thought of as an autumn quilt pattern. Seeing this makes us realize that other non-autumn color combinations would be just as striking made up into maple leaves.

Scattered Leaves Quilt

The pattern, from Bejeweled Quilts, is for a quilt that’s 82″ x 98″ once completed.

It will be easy to make a smaller quilt by using fewer blocks. A table topper, runner or wall quilt will be lovely made up in your favorite colors.

PLEASE NOTE: Quilting Digest does not sell or otherwise provide patterns directly. We showcase patterns and projects from various vendors, bloggers and other sources. Please make a note of where you access a pattern (the link in the yellow box toward the end of each Quilting Digest article). That way you can contact Support for that source if you have downloading problems or other issues. Thank you!
