Make Some for Yourself and Others to Give!

These charming round nesting fabric baskets are great for storing this and that in any room of the house. They also make lovely gifts when filled with things the recipients will enjoy.

Instructions are provided for three sizes made with and without handles. Make the set or perhaps just the size that works best for you.

This is a great project for using up some of those goodies in your stash. Choose a pretty combination for the outside, lining and binding. Structure is provided by a fusible foam stabilizer, such as Pellon Flex Foam 1-Sided Fusible Stabilizer or Soft and Stable.

The finished baskets, designed by Melissa Mortenson from Polka Dot Chair, are:

  • Small – 2 1/2″ tall x 6″ wide
  • Medium – 3 1/2″ tall x 7 1/2″ wide
  • Large – 4 1/2″ tall x 9″ wide
