This sweet block is perfect for anyone who likes to sew. A spool of thread decorated with a heart sits inside of a larger heart creating a beautiful block.
Use the block to make a Valentine’s Day or “just because” gift for a quilting or sewing friend. Or make something pretty for your sewing room. You can also display it anywhere. A Valentine’s Day wall hanging or table runner will be enjoyed by everyone while representing your love of quilting.
The block is constructed with standard piecing, making it doable for quilters of most skill levels. Some of the pieces are small so accurate cutting and piecing will ensure the best results.
Designed by Heather Briggs from My Sew Quilty Life, the completed block is 14″ square.
