It’s Great for Patriotic Holidays, Too!
Soft red, white, and blue are so pretty in this lovely quilt. Bring it out every summer or save it for patriotic holidays. The quilt is also beautiful in other color themes.
The small throw or lap quilt can be enlarged by adding more star blocks. Keep in mind that it will also be charming spread over a table.
Simple star blocks make up the design. Notice how the negative spaces switch with every other block.
The completed quilt designed by Helen Philipps measures 40 ½” x 46 ½”.
